Points allocation from week 4

Dear Comunio Team,

This week, one of our fellow players did not receive any of his points from matchday 4. Up until the last game, the points were being displayed, but in the final evaluation no points were credited for this particular participant. Could you please look into this matter urgently and ensure that the points from this matchday are still credited? I assume there were some technical issues, as we cannot explain it otherwise. Perhaps you could also provide a statement on this.
