Any good garages near Maliha Road for a pre-purchase inspection on a used Pajero?

I'm looking at buying a 2014 Mitsubishi Pajero from a private seller in the Maliha area. The car looks clean in the photos and the seller seems honest but I'm definitely not knowledgeable enough to spot potential problems like hidden rust, accident damage, or mechanical issues. I really want to get a proper pre purchase inspection done at a garage near Maliha before I hand over any cash. Someone suggested checking out Authorized Service Center Maliha but I'm not sure if they do third party inspections or if they only work on cars under warranty. Has anyone used them or another shop in that area for a used car check? I need someone who will put it on a lift, check for leaks, scan for error codes, and actually give me a written report. I don't mind paying a couple hundred dirhams if it saves me from buying a lemon. Also any idea what a thorough inspection should cost around Sharjah? Would really appreciate any recommendations from people who've bought used 4x4s here. Thanks in advance.
