Lincoln Town Car riding like a boat – who actually knows these air suspensions here?

I’ve got a 2012 Lincoln Town Car that I use for airport runs around Dubai and honestly the rear end has been sagging badly for a few weeks now, feels like I’m driving a boat that’s about to sink every time I hit a bump on Sheikh Zayed Road. I’m pretty sure it’s the air suspension compressor or maybe a leaking bag because the pump runs way longer than it used to and the car sits crooked when it’s parked. Took it to one general garage in Al Quoz and they just said "needs new shocks" but I don't think they really understand how the Lincoln air ride system works because it's not the same as a normal coil setup. Been doing some research and found Professional Lincoln Shock Absorber Replacement By Suspension Repair Dubai mentioned on a few forums which looks promising since they seem to specialize in this kind of thing rather than just throwing parts at it. Has anyone here had actual experience getting their Lincoln air suspension properly diagnosed around here? I really don't wanna pay dealership prices but also don't want someone learning on my car if that makes sense.
