That moment your Alfa won't start and you just know it's the battery

So there I was parked outside Spinneys, come back with the groceries, and my Giulia just gives me that sad little click click silence. You know the one. Sat there for a good five minutes hoping it was a fluke before calling for a jump. The guy who helped me said the battery looked original and my car's a 2017 so honestly it was probably overdue. Been looking around for somewhere that actually understands these finicky Italian electronics because I really don't want to fry something by throwing in the wrong spec battery. Found a place offering Alfa Romeo Battery Replacement Service at Battery Zone UAE and from what I can tell they use the proper AGM ones with the right startup current for the stop start system. Has anyone taken their Stelvio or Giulietta there? Mostly wondering if they handle the battery registration thing or if I'll still need to visit a dealer afterward.
