Is this really the best way to cope?

Online courses can feel manageable until work, family, and other responsibilities pile up all at once. Suddenly, staying on top of lectures, assignments, and exams becomes a full time job. i need someone to take my online class crossed my mind during one of these overwhelming weeks. But I wonder if it actually helps me learn, or if it just postpones the challenge. Has anyone tried this approach, and how did it affect their understanding?
